An entirely new building envelope and exterior architectural expression more fitting of a high school confirm that this is not just an “old middle school.” This former grade 6-8 school was converted into a 1,600 student high school with a 269,000 SF addition. The space was designed to include a new natatorium, performing arts center, arena competition gymnasium, and 33 academic classrooms. Remodeling to the existing portion of the building addressed circulation issues and greatly improved student flow throughout the school. In addition, the school received major outdoor field improvements as well as new concession stands and bleachers.
