TMP Architecture, a leader in educational planning and design, is proud to announce the promotion of John Waldrop, AIA, LEED AP, to Partner. An integral part of the firm for over 16 years, Waldrop had been serving as Vice President and Director of Architecture, contributing significantly to the firm’s operational leadership.
Waldrop’s commitment to excellence has been instrumental in shaping TMP’s success and advancing its commitment to the architectural design of educational spaces. His passion for architecture is evident in his long-standing relationships with peers, clients, and young architects. Waldrop has worked with many K-12 clients during his career, including Royal Oak Schools, Saginaw Public Schools, and Troy Public Schools.

Waldrop earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. He is a recognized LEED Accredited Professional and has been a registered architect in Michigan for more than 30 years.
