TMP Architecture Promotes Two Professionals

Bloomfield Hills, Mich., May 14, 2018 – The Board of Directors of TMP Architecture, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Daryl Benish, RA and Deb Brazen, RA, NCIDQ, LEED AP BD+C to Associates of the firm.

Benish, a Berkley resident, has over 30 years of experience as a project architect for various building types. He received both his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan in 1985 and 1987, respectively. In 1991, he became a registered architect. For many years, Benish owned an architectural practice for nine years. Benish is skilled in project coordination with clients, designers, engineers, consultants and contractors, typically starting with the design development phase through the preparation of final construction documents. He excels at completing highly challenging renovations and new construction projects and regularly assists TMP’s field architects during the construction administration phase.

Brazen has two decades of experience working on college and university projects. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in 1999. She earned a Master of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in 2001 and a Master of Art in Dispute Resolution from Wayne State University in 2011. In 2006, she became a registered architect. Deb earned certifications in interior architecture/NCIDQ and LEED AP Building Design + Construction in 2007. Prior to joining TMP, Deb served as Wayne State University’s Facilities Director of Project Planning & Cost Estimating. Her architectural education and background, paired with her experience on a university campus, offers broad perspective to clients seeking forward-thinking programming and building solutions. Deb is a Ferndale resident and has served on the Ferndale Planning Commission since June of 2006.
